Ingredientes

  • 3 Tazas de arroz cocido
  • ½ Taza de zanahorias picaditas
  • ½ Taza de florecitas de broccoli
  • ¼ Taza de pimiento rojo picadito
  • ¼ Taza de cebolla Blanca a la Juliana (muy finita)
  • ¼ Taza de puerro picado
  • ½ Taza de maíz en grano
  • ¼ Taza de pettit pois (opcional)
  • 2 Huevos batidos
  • 3 Cucharadas de aceite vegetal
  • 1 Diente de ajo
  • 1 Cucharadita de jengibre picadito
  • 2 Cucharadita de aceite de sesamo
  • 3 Cucharadas de salsa soya
  • Opcional: ¼ Cucharadita de hojuelas de pimienta de cayena

Preparación

  1. En una sarten agrega una cucharada de aceite y cocina los huevos batidos. Deja que se haga tipo tortilla, retira y luego corta en pedacitos o tiritas el huevo. Reserva.
  2. En la misma sarten o wok, agregar el resto del aceite y deja calentar; incorpora el ajo y jengirbre y la zanahoria y las florecitas de broccoli deja que se cocine por 3 minutos (ojo, no dejar quemar) entonces agregar el aceite sesamo. Seguido agregue la cebolla y el pimiento morron. Cocine por un par de minutos mas  Agregue  la salsa de soya, seguido del arroz. Incorporar todo al arroz de inmediato, con movientos envolventes. Dejar calentar por unos 2 a 3 minutos. Agregar entonces el maiz en grano,los petit pois, el huevo y por ultimo el puerro.
  3. Servir caliente.
  4. Nota: Tambien puede agregar al final semillas de sesamo tostado.
  5. Si usa hojuelas de pimienta de cayena, las incorpora cuando agregue el aceite de sesamo.
