Ingredientes

  • 2 tazas de arroz
  • 1/2 taza de queso emmental rallado
  • 1/2 taza de queso gruyère rallado
  • 1/2 taza queso parmesano rallado
  • 1 cebolla picadita en cubitos
  • 1 taza caldo de pollo
  • 1 cucharada de mantequilla

Preparación

  1. En una olla, derretimos la mantequilla y sofreímos la cebolla, sin dejar que se queme.
  2. Agregamos el arroz, removemos bien y luego añadimos el caldo de pollo.
  3. Cocinamos el arroz de manera habitual, y de ser necesario añadimos un poco más de caldo o de agua.
  4. Cuando vayamos a voltear el arroz, agregamos todos los quesos y movemos cuidadosamente para que se mezcle todo bien, reservando una pequeña cantidad de los quesos.
  5. Una vez cocido el arroz, lo llevamos por unos 5 minutos al horno
  6. Para terminar, agregamos por encima los quesos que habíamos reservado y servimos.
