Bacalao al pil pil

Ingredientes

  • 1 kilo de bacalao
  • 4 cucharadas de aceite de cocinar
  • 6 dientes de ajo
  • 1 guindilla
  • Chorrito de aceite de oliva

Preparación

  1. Poner el bacalao en remojo desde el día anterior.
  2. En una sartén sofreír en aceite de oliva los ajos y la guindilla.
  3. Escurrir el bacalao y quitarle las escamas.
  4. En otra sartén calentar el aceite de cocinar y colocar el bacalao con la piel hacia arriba.
  5. Una vez que esté frito el pescado por un lado, darle la vuelta y añadir un poquito de agua para remojar el bacalao.
  6. Una vez que el bacalao esté cocido, agregar la mezcla de aceite de oliva, ajo y guindilla a la sartén con el bacalao y dejar que se mezclen bien los ingredientes.
  7. Decorar con trozos de guindilla y servir caliente.
