Ingredientes

  • ¾ taza de nueces picadas
  • 2 guineos maduros
  • ½ taza de aceite vegetal
  • 1 taza de azúcar crema
  • ½ cucharadita de vainilla
  • 1 ½ tazas de hojuelas de avena
  • ¾ taza de harina de trigo
  • ¾ cucharadita de polvo de hornear
  • ½ cucharadita de sal
  • ½ cucharadita de canela en polvo
  • ½ cucharadita de nuez moscada
  • ¼ cucharadita de bicarbonato de soda
  • ¾ taza de arándanos o pasas

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 350ºF.
  2. En una sartén tueste las nueces a fuego bajo hasta que doren.
  3. Reservar.
  4. Aparte, maje los guineos y agregue el aceite, azúcar y vainilla.
  5. Mezcle bien.
  6. En un recipiente aparte mezcle los ingredientes secos: hojuelas de avena, harina, polvo de hornear, sal, canela, nuez moscada y bicarbonato de soda.
  7. Esta mezcla la agregamos al puré de guineo y, por último, agregamos los arándanos y las nueces.
  8. Mezclamos bien.
  9. Colocamos esta mezcla en un molde cuadrado previamente engrasado y llevamos a hornear entre 25 y 30 minutos o hasta que dore, y que pinchemos con un palillo y salga limpio.
  10. Para terminar cortar en barras.
