Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de avena instantánea
  • 1 taza de leche de avena o de soya
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 3 guineos (bananas) bien maduros
  • ½ taza de nueces picadas
  • ½ taza de frutas secas picadas
  • ½ cucharadita de bicarbonato de soda
  • 1 pizca de sal
  • 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 300ºF.
  2. Mezclar avena, leche y aceite de oliva, y reservar.
  3. Majar bien los guineos en un tazón y adicionar a la mezcla de avena.
  4. Agregar sal y bicarbonato y mezclar; luego seguir con las nueces y frutos secos y mezclar.
  5. Verter en un molde engrasado o en un molde de silicona y hornear a 300ºF por espacio de 30 minutos, o hasta que al introducir un palillo en el centro este salga limpio.
  6. Dejar refrescar, espolvorear con canela y servir.
