Bolitas de queso con tocineta BBQ y nueces

Ingredientes

  • 6 tiras de tocino, fritos, escurridos y cortados en cubitos
  • 4 cebollas, en rodajas finas
  • 2 cebollines, en cuadritos
  • 220 gramos de queso crema
  • 1 taza de queso cheddar, rallado
  • 1/3 taza de salsa BBQ
  • 1/4 taza de nueces picadas y tostadas
  • Sal y pimienta
  • Papel film

Preparación

  1. Añadir la mitad del tocino, la mitad de las cebollas, la mitad del cebollín en un tazón y mezclar con el queso crema, queso cheddar y salsa BBQ.
  2. Probar la mezcla y sazonar con una pizca de sal y pimienta si es necesario.
  3. Revolver.
  4. Transferir la mezcla al centro de una gran hoja de papel film.
  5. Formar una bola y envolver con el papel.
  6. Refrigerar durante al menos 1-2 horas, o hasta que el queso esté firme.
  7. Añadir el tocino, cebolla, cebollín y nueces tostadas restantes a una bandeja grande, y usando los dedos lo combinamos.
  8. Desenvolver la bola de queso y colocarla en el centro de la bandeja.
  9. Luego girar suavemente la pelota alrededor hasta que se recubro con la mezcla de tocino, cebollín, cebolla y nueces.
  10. Sirva inmediatamente con galletas o palitos de vegetales.
