Ingredientes

  • 1 Barra de pan francés
  • ½ Barra de mantequilla
  • 1 Taza de queso feta desmenuzado
  • 1 Cebolla roja picadita
  • ¼ Taza de perejil liso picadito
  • ½ Taza de aceitunas negras sin hueso (preferiblemente kalamata)
  • 1 Cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 1 Cucharadita de vinagre balsámico
  • Sal de ajo
  • Pimienta al gusto (opcional)

Preparación

  1. Cortar el pan de forma diagonal en pedazos de más o menos ½ pulgada de grosor.
  2. Barnizar con un poco de mantequilla, espolvorear un poco de sal de ajo y llevar a tostar. Retirar y dejar enfriar.
  3. Aparte, colocar en un recipiente el queso feta con la cebolla, el perejil y las aceitunas negras. Mezclar bien (si todo está bien picadito, puede mezclarse a mano, o puede auxiliarse de un procesador eléctrico).
  4. Luego, agregar el aceite de oliva y el vinagre balsámico, y volver a mezclar.
  5. Colocar una cucharada de esta mezcla sobre cada pedazo de pan, y al momento de servir, puede agregarse tomate recién picado (opcional), un poco de pimienta negra recién molida y un hilito de aceite de oliva.
