Calamares en su tinta

Ingredientes

  • 1 kilo de calamares con su tinta
  • 2 cebollas medianas picadas en juliana
  • 2 dientes de ajo triturados
  • 2 tomates picados en rodajas
  • 1 taza de vino blanco
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Limpiar cuidadosamente los calamares, teniendo mucho cuidado de no desperdiciar la tinta de los mismos, por lo cual a medida que vayamos obteniéndola debemos reservarla en un recipiente.
  2. Posteriormente, cortamos los calamares limpios en rodajas que no excedan un dedo de grosor.
  3. En una sartén añadimos las cebollas y el ajo y dejamos cocer hasta que comiencen a tomar un poco de color.
  4. Luego añadimos los tomates y los revolvemos hasta que adquieran un tono dorado.
  5. A continuación, añadimos el vino, la sal, la pimienta y la tinta de los calamares que teníamos reservada.
  6. Por último, colocamos los calamares y la salsa obtenida en una olla o sartén adecuada para que se cocinen de la manera más óptima.
