Ingredientes

  • 1 libra carne pecho de almendra
  • 3 ajíes gustosos
  • 1 ají cubanela
  • 1 atado de cilantro
  • 1 atado de verduras
  • 3 dientes de ajo
  • 2 papas
  • 1 tayota
  • 1 zanahoria
  • 1 zucchini

Preparación

  1. Ponemos a cocer la carne limpia de los excesos de grasa en la olla de presión junto con los ajíes, cebolla, dientes de ajo, atado de verduras y el cilantro, cubrimos bien con agua y dejamos que ablande.
  2. Cuando la carne esté blanda colamos y reservamos el líquido.
  3. Cortamos la carne en cubitos y pelamos todos los vegetales y los cortamos en cubitos.
  4. Ponemos primero las papas a cocinar junto al caldo que reservamos de la carne.
  5. Cuando la papa ya casi esté blandita agregamos los demás vegetales.
  6. Cuando estén blandos pero al dente, salpimentamos.
