Ingredientes

  • 20 canelones
  • 2 libras carne molida de pollo
  • 2 calabacines
  • 1/2 taza vino para cocinar
  • 1/2 taza caldo de pollo
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 cucharadita de tomillo
  • 3 dientes de ajo
  • 1 sobre de salsa bechamel
  • 1/2 taza de leche
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Chorrito de aceite de oliva

Preparación

  1. En una olla con un chorrito de aceite de oliva sofreímos la cebolla.
  2. Agregamos la carne previamente sazonada con ajo, pimienta y tomillo.
  3. Movemos constantemente para que no se formen grumos.
  4. Añadimos el vino de cocinar, esperamos que se evapore y agregamos el caldo de pollo y los calabacines.
  5. Mientras hacemos la carne, cocinamos los canelones de acuerdo a las instrucciones del empaque.
  6. Cuando estén cocidos, rellenamos los canelones con la carne.
  7. Preparamos la bechamel con 1/2 taza de leche siguiendo las instrucciones del empaque.
  8. En un pyrex colocamos una parte de la crema bechamel y vamos acomodando los canelones y bañando con la salsa.
  9. Por último, cubrimos con la salsa y queso parmesano rallado.
  10. Llevamos al horno a una temperatura de 200ºC por unos 20 minutos y luego servimos.
