Ingredientes

  • 1 Zucchini
  • El zumo de 1 limón
  • 2 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Queso parmesano al gusto

Preparación

  1. Laminar el zucchini con un guayo o mandolina, ya sea de manera vertical o en rodajas, lo más finas posible.
  2. Colocar el zucchini en un plato, las láminas o rodajas unas al lado de la otra. Salpimentar al gusto.
  3. Luego cubrir con limón, rociar el aceite de oliva por arriba y por último cubrir con queso parmesano rallado.
  4. Se sirve a temperatura ambiente o frío de nevera.
  5. Se hace y al instante se puede comer.
  6. Esta receta es ideal para servirla como entrada o ensalada. También si se usa como picadera puede se acompañar con galletitas o tostadas.
  7. NOTAS: El zucchini se encuentra en el área de vegetales del supermercado. Hay que tomar en cuenta para esta receta la variante de “Italiano”, a diferencia del otro (conocido más como zapallito), no tiene tantas semillas y su consistencia es más firme y tierna.
