Cazuela de fideos con costillas de cerdo y salchichas

Ingredientes

  • 2 tazas de fideos anchos
  • 3 tazas de salchichas rebanadas
  • 3 tazas de costillas cortadas en trozos
  • 1 cebolla cortada en cubos
  • 1 pimiento verde cortado en cubos
  • 2 tallos de apio rebanados
  • 1/2 taza de vino de cocinar
  • 1 lata de tomates triturados
  • Chorro de aceite de oliva
  • Sal al gusto

Preparación

  1. En una olla con un chorrito de aceite sofreímos las costillas, y cuando estén doradas agregamos las salchichas.
  2. Cuando doren, retiramos y reservamos.
  3. En la misma olla agregamos un poco más de aceite y sofreímos la cebolla, el apio y el pimiento.
  4. Luego agregamos los tomates, ponemos los fideos, las carnes e inmediatamente el vino.
  5. Dejamos que evapore y vertemos el caldo de res (no está en los ingredientes) previamente calentado, y rectificamos la sal.
  6. Cuando la pasta esté al dente, retiramos del fuego y servimos.
