Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de jugo de limón
  • 1 1/2 tazas de caldo de pescado
  • 200 gramos de filete de pescado blanco
  • 1 pimiento sin venas ni semillas
  • 1 cucharada de cilantro picado
  • 1 diente de ajo
  • 2 cucharadas de sal
  • 1 cucharada de jengibre
  • 2 tallos de apio
  • 1/2 cebolla
  • 4 cubos de hielo
  • 1/2 libra de pescado fresco
  • 1 cebolla morada cortada en plumas ( tiritas bien finas )
  • El jugo de 4 limones
  • Un puñado de cilantrico fresco
  • 1 cucharadita de jengibre
  • 2 ajíes gustosos cortado en juliana
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Una pizca de ajinomoto

Preparación

  1. Leche de tigre: Licúe todos los ingredientes (jugo de limón, caldo de pescado, filete de pescado, pimientos, cilantro, ajo, sal, jengibre, apio, cebolla, hielo).
  2. Cuele y utilice para marinar pescado o mariscos.
  3. Ceviche: En un bowl colocar el pescado cortado en cubos, agregarles sal para que sus poros abran y pueda entrar todo el sabor, colocar jengibre,cebolla,ají gustoso y el jugo de limón , mezclar por un minuto y agregar la pimienta y las hojitas de cilantro fresco, agregar ajinomoto.
  4. Revólver y servir.
