Ingredientes

  • ½ libra de pescado blanco, puede ser mero o dorado FROZEN FRESH
  • ½ libra de camarones cocidos
  • ¼ libra de almejas
  • ¼ libra de calamares
  • 3 dientes de ajo
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 2 cucharadas de vino blanco
  • 4 limones
  • Cebolla roja cortada en plumilla
  • ¼ pimiento morrón rojo picadito
  • Cilantro ancho picadito
  • Picante
  • Sal y pimienta

Preparación

  1. Cocinamos las almejas, en una sartén o wok, agregamos un poco de aceite de oliva y salteamos los ajos, incorporamos las almejas y calamares, salteamos. Damos un toque de sal y pimienta e incorporamos el vino, dejamos evaporar y reservamos.
  2. Aparte,  agregamos al zumo de limón el ajo picadito y el picante. Agregamos sal y pimienta al pescado (crudo, cortado en cubos) e incorporamos el zumo de limón al pescado.
  3. Agregamos los camarones cocidos al pescado, seguido del cilantro picadito, la cebolla y el pimiento rojo. Por último las almejas y calamares. Mezclamos bien y servimos.
