½ Taza de galletas trituradas (tipo María preferiblemente sin azúcar)
2 Cucharadas de mantequilla (derretida)
1 Sobre de gelatina sin sabor
¾ Taza de leche sin grasa
3 Paquetes de 8 onzs. de queso crema sin grasa (Cream Cheese fat free)
8 Onzs. de sour cream sin grasa (fat free)
1/3 Taza de Azúcar
2 Cucharaditas de vainilla
4 Onz. de chocolate sin azúcar
Preparación
Para la maza lo que hacemos es mezclar las galletas con la mantequilla, mezcle bien y presione esta mezcla en el fondo del pairex a utilizar. Guarde y refrigere.
Para el relleno, en una ollita, mezcle la leche con la gelatina hasta que disuelva y lleve a fuego lento por unos 5 minutos. Luego deje enfriar por 15 minutos.
Aparte bata el queso crema hasta que se suavice , agregue entonces el sour cream, el azúcar y la vainilla, agregue poco a poco la leche con la gelatina y por ultimo incorpore el chocolate.
Agregue esta mezcla a la base. Tape y refrigere por lo menos de 6 a 24 horas.
NOTA: Sustituya el azúcar por edulcorante. Elija su favorito. Recuerde buscar el equivalente de 1/3 de taza en proporción al sustituto que use.
