Ingredientes

  • 1 Chillo entero
  • Cebolla blanca
  • Dientes de ajo
  • Orégano seco
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Sal
  • Pimienta

Preparación

  1. Precalentamos el horno a 375ºF.
  2. Abrimos el chillo a la mitad, le hacemos pequeños cortes en el lomo, y lo colocamos en una placa para horno.
  3. En un recipiente, mezclamos el aceite de oliva con el orégano, el ajo, sal y pimienta.
  4. Aparte, cortamos la cebolla en aros.
  5. Colocamos las rodajas de cebolla dentro del pescado, y también podemos colocar algunas debajo del pescado.
  6. Luego, agregamos la mezcla del orégano por entre las ranuras del lomo al igual que en el interior, y el restante lo esparcimos por arriba.
  7. Llevamos al horno tapado con papel de aluminio por unos 15 minutos.
  8. Luego destapamos y cocinamos por unos 10 más (todo depende del tamaño del chillo).
  9. Servimos de inmediato e incluso en el mismo recipiente donde se llevó al horno.
  10. También, como base para el pescado puede colocar láminas precocidas de papas, y estas se pueden usar como guarnición.
