Ingredientes

  • 4 filetes de chillo
  • 1 cebolla cortada en juliana
  • 3 dientes de ajo triturados
  • 1 pimiento cortado en juliana
  • 1 zanahoria pequeña cortada en tiras
  • 1 zucchini cortado en ruedas
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1 cucharada de mantequilla
  • Chorrito de aceite de oliva

Preparación

  1. Sazonamos el pescado por ambos lados con sal y pimienta.
  2. En una sartén con la mantequilla y un chorrito de aceite de oliva cocinamos el pescado dándole vueltas por ambos lados por unos 10 minutos.
  3. Pasado ese tiempo retiramos el pescado y reservamos.
  4. En la misma sartén ponemos cebolla, ajo, pimiento, zanahoria y zucchini.
  5. Bajamos el fuego, tapamos y dejamos cocer hasta que los vegetales estén al dente.
  6. Servimos con el pescado.
