4 chuletas de cerdo frescas (de 1½ pulgadas más o menos )
1 cebolla roja picada en cuadritos
3 tallos de apio picados en cubitos
2 manzanas tipo gala, sin semillas y rebanadas
1 taza de consomé de pollo
2 cucharadas de salsa inglesa
1 cucharada de romero fresco picadito
Ramas de romero para decorar
Preparación
Calentamos el aceite en una sartén. Cocinamos las chuletas de cerdo por ambos lados por unos 2 a 3 minutos, hasta que estén doradas.
Agregamos la cebolla picada y el apio y dejamos cocinar por un par de minutos más.
Incorporamos las manzanas laminadas, el consomé, la salsa inglesa y el romero picado. Llevamos a hervir, bajamos el fuego y dejamos cocinar tapadas por unos 15 minutos.
Confirmamos cocción. Luego retiramos y servimos. Decoramos con las ramas de romero.
