Costillas a la chinola

Ingredientes

  • 3 Libras de costillas de cerdo
  • ¼ Taza de miel de abejas
  • 1 Taza de salsa BBQ
  • ½ Taza de jugo concentrado de chinola
  • 3 Dientes de ajo majados
  • ½ Cdta. de pimienta
  • 1 Cebolla picada
  • 1 Zanahoria picada

Preparación

  1. Engrasar una bandeja para horno, colocar las costillas de cerdo una al lado de la otra (también puede ser un rack) y sazonar con sal y pimienta.
  3. Aparte, mezclar el resto de los ingredientes. Verter por encima de las costillas y en los lados los vegetales. Tapar con papel de aluminio y hornear a 300 °F por una hora o hasta que las costillas estén blandas.
  4. Retirar el papel y colocar la salsa en una sartén, llevar las costillas de nuevo al horno a 400 °F hasta que estén doradas. Verter la salsa a una sartén y dejar que se espese. Retirar las costillas del horno, colocarlas en un embace y cubrirlas con la salsa previamente colada.
