Crepes de Dulce de Leche Flameadas al Tequila

Ingredientes

  • 4 huevos
  • 1 1/3 taza de leche
  • 1 cucharada aceite vegetal
  • 1 taza harina
  • 2 cucharadas de azúcar
  • ½ cucharadita de sal
  • 1 cucharadita vainilla
  • Un poco ralladura de limón o de naranja al gusto
  • 3 tazas de dulce de leche
  • 1 taza de leche
  • ½ taza de jugo de naranja
  • 4 cucharadas de tequila
  • Nueces picadas para decorar

Preparación

  1. Preparación mezcla para crepes:
  2. 1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes de las crepes.
  3. 2. colocar la mezcla de las crepes en un sartén bien caliente, la mezcla cojera su forma y tamaño que desee, engrasar previamente de ser necesario
  4. 3. Dejarlas refrescar.
  5. Preparación salsa
  6. En una olla combinar el dulce de leche, la leche y jugo de naranja. Cuando esté combinado, incorporar el tequila y flamear.
  7. Ensamblaje:
  8. Doble las crepes a la mitad dos veces, formando un triangulo, o simplemente doble en dos.
  9. colocar por encima la salsa de dulce de leche caliente.
  10. Servir con helado y nueces picadas si gusta, esto es decoración, también puede servir solo con la salsa de dulce de leche.
