Ingredientes

  • 6 Crepes dulces (igualmente puede usar saladas)
  • 2 Cuchadas de azúcar (blanca)
  • ¾ De barra de mantequilla (en trozos)
  • ½ Taza de piña triturada
  • 1 Taza de jugo de piña
  • 3 Cucharadas de ron
  • 1 Lata de piña en cubos (o 1 ½ taza de piña natural en cubos)
  • ½ Barra de mantequilla o 4 cucharadas
  • 2 Cucharadas de azúcar blanca
  • ¼ De taza de ron
  • Coco rallado (opcional) (también se puede usar hojas de menta)

Preparación

  1. En una sartén a fuego medio, calentar el azúcar, agregar la mantequilla poco a poco y dejar que se mezcle bien con el azúcar.
  2. Agregar entonces la piña triturada y cocinar por unos minutos. Agregar el jugo de piña y mezclar bien hasta que la salsa se ponga un poco gruesa.
  3. Doblar los crepes en 4 (formando un triángulo) e ir agregándolas a la sartén una a una. Luego retirarlas y colocarlas en platos.
  4. Aparte, en otra sartén preparar las piñas borrachas, agregar la mantequilla a la sartén, dejar derretir e incorporar los cubos de piña, saltear y luego agregar el azúcar seguido del ron y dejar hervir, para que el ron evapore.
  5. Colocar las piñas sobre las crepes y agregar el coco rallado o las hojas de menta picaditas.
