Ingredientes

  • 2 Tazas de harina
  • 1 Taza de azúcar blanca
  • ½ Cucharada de polvo de hornear
  • ½ Cucharadita de sal
  • 1 Taza de leche
  • 1 Huevo
  • ½ Cucharada de vainilla
  • 4 Cucharadas de mantequilla derretida (½ barra)
  • 200 Gramos de mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente (manteca pomada)
  • 300 Gramos de queso crema entero (tipo philadelphia)
  • 1 Taza de azúcar glas – impalpable – flor – en polvo tamizado
  • 1 Cucharada de esencia de vainilla, líquida
  • 2 Cucharadas de leche entera (si es necesario)

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 400 grados F.
  2. En un recipiente combinar el harina, el azúcar, el polvo de hornear y la sal.
  3. Aparte, en otro recipiente batir los huevos junto con la leche, la mantequilla derretida y la vainilla.
  4. Colocar la mezcla de los ingredientes líquidos junto a la de los secos y mezclar bien.
  5. Colocar la mezcla en los capacillos y llevar al horno por 20 minutos.
  6. Dejar enfriar y decorar con el frosting.
  7. En un bowl colocar la mantequilla en cubos a temperatura ambiente junto con el azúcar cernida (pasada por un colador) y comenzar a batir con batidor (si se tiene una batidora eléctrica de varillas, mejor) unos minutos hasta obtener una crema lisa y suave sin grumos.
  8. Añadir el queso crema, la vainilla y continuar batiendo hasta incorporar, obteniendo una crema esponjosa y densa. Cuanto más batida más durita estará. Si queda demasiado dura añadir 1 o 2 cucharadas de leche y batir hasta obtener la textura deseada.
