Dátiles Rellenos de Queso de Cabra Cubiertos con Tocineta

Ingredientes

  • 24 Dátiles
  • ½ Taza de queso de cabra
  • 12 Tiras de tocineta
  • Palillos de madera (no de colores)

Preparación

  1. Nota: si los dátiles tienen semillas, retírarlas cuidadosamente. La cantidad de dátiles dependerá de la cantidad que se desee hacer.
  2. Precalentar el horno a unos 350 grados F (175 grados C).
  3. Abrir los dátiles cuidadosamente en la parte superior. Rellenar con una cucharita o manga.
  4. Cortar las tiras de tocineta en dos y enrollar los dátiles con ellas. Sujetar con palillos (que previamente deben de estar húmedos, para esto se deben sumergir por unos segundos en agua. No es recomendable trabajar con palillos de color).
  5. Colocar los dátiles en una bandeja para hornos y llevar a hornear hasta que la tocineta esté crujiente. Más o menos unos 20 minutos. Retirar los dátiles de la bandeja y se esperar a que se enfríen un poco. Eliminar los palillos antes de servir.
