Ingredientes

  • 1 Libra de camarones (crudos y limpios)
  • 8 Onzas de cream cheese, suavizado
  • 3 Dientes de ajo picaditos
  • ¼ De taza de mayonesa
  • 1 Taza de queso mozzarella rallado
  • ¼ De taza de queso parmesano rallado
  • 2 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 3 Cucharadas de perejil picadito
  • Paprika
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Galletitas o chips para servir

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 350 grados F.
  2. En una sartén agregar el aceite de oliva y cocinar los camarones (picados), previamente sazonados con el ajo picadito y un toque de sal y pimienta.
  3. Cocinar por unos 2 a 3 minutos.
  4. Reservar.
  5. En un recipiente mezclar la mayonesa con el limón, agregar el queso crema, incorporar los quesos y 2 cucharadas de perejil liso picadito.
  6. Mezclar y agregar los camarones, volver a mezclar.
  7. Comprobar sal y pimienta, ajustar según el gusto.
  8. Colocar la mezcla en un bowl y llevar al horno por unos 25 minutos.
  9. Si se desea también se puede agregar un poco de queso parmesano rallado antes de llevar al horno, para crear una crust.
  10. Retirar del horno, agregar el resto del perejil liso picado y espolvorear un poco de paprika por arriba.
  11. Servir con chips o pan tostado.
