Ingredientes

  • 1 libra de bacalao desalado y desmenuzado
  • 2 tazas de harina de trigo
  • 1 huevo
  • 1 lata de leche de coco
  • 1 taza de leche entera
  • 6 tomates Barceló cortados en cuadritos
  • Pimienta y sal
  • 3 dientes de ajo triturados

Preparación

  1. En un bowl ponemos la harina con el huevo, sal y leche, mezclamos bien hasta obtener la consistencia deseada y hacemos bollitos del tamaño deseado; reservamos.
  2. En una sartén sofreímos los tomates con el ajo triturado, agregamos el bacalao y cocinamos por 10 minutos, y reservamos.
  3. En una olla con agua hirviendo ponemos los bollitos y dejamos hervir hasta que estén firmes.
  4. Retiramos los bollitos del agua y los mezclamos con el bacalao y la leche de coco.
  5. Dejamos hervir por 5 minutos hasta que la mezcla tenga la consistencia deseada.
