Ingredientes

  • ½ sandia
  • 4 onzas queso mozzarella fresco
  • 1 cebolla morada grande
  • 4 onzas de vino tinto
  • Hojas enteras de albahaca blanca
  • Vinagre balsa?mico y aceite de oliva al gusto

Preparación

  1. Cortar la cebolla en lascas muy finas. Reservar.
  2. En una sarte?n calentar un poco de aceite de oliva y agregar la cebolla; cocinar a fuego medio hasta que adquiera un tono transparente.
  3. Luego, an?adir el vino y esperar a que reduzca, y que las rodajas de cebolla tengan un color morado pa?lido. Retirar del fuego y reservar.
  4. A continuacio?n, cortar la sandi?a en cuadros de aproximadamente tres pulgadas de ancho por una de alto, y cortar también el queso en rodajas.
  5. Para montar la ensalada, primero colocar una rodaja de sandi?a, luego una de queso y unas cuantas hojas de albahaca. Repetir el proceso otras dos veces y decorar con la cebolla.
  6. Antes de servir, aderezar con vinagre balsa?mico y aceite de oliva al gusto.
