Ingredientes

  • 2 manzanas grandes
  • 8 aceitunas rellenas
  • 6 rábanos limpios
  • 1 cucharada de jugo de limón
  • 1 pimiento verde
  • 2 libras de camarones pelados y precocidos
  • 4 cucharadas de mayonesa
  • Lechuga

Preparación

  1. Cortamos las manzanas a la mitad, retiramos el corazón y sacamos la pulpa con cuidado de no romperlas; reservamos.
  2. Cortamos en trocitos la pulpa de las manzanas y mezclamos con el jugo de limón.
  3. Cortamos las aceitunas y los rábanos en rodajas y los incorporamos a las manzanas.
  4. Cortamos el pimiento en cuadros pequeños y lo añadimos a la mezcla junto con los camarones y la mayonesa.
  5. Colocamos la mezcla en las medias manzanas reservadas y servimos sobre hojas de lechuga fresca.
