Ingredientes

  • 6 Manzanas verdes
  • 2 tazas de pollo hervido y cortado en cubos
  • 1/2 taza pimiento rojo cortado en cubos
  • 1 1/2 cucharadas de cebolla morada
  • 1/4 taza aceite de oliva
  • 1/4 taza jugo de limón
  • 1 cucharada de perejil picadito
  • 1 cucharada de mostaza
  • 1 cucharada de mayonesa
  • 1 cucharadita de pimienta
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 4 cucharadas de yogurt natural
  • 1/4 taza nueces picaditas

Preparación

  1. Mezclamos el pollo con el pimiento, las nueces y la cebolla.
  2. Aparte, mezclamos aceite de oliva, jugo de limón, perejil, mostaza, mayonesa, yogurt, sal y pimienta.
  3. Cortamos las manzanas en cubos y las agregamos al pollo
  4. Bañamos con la vinagreta y mezclamos bien.
  5. Se puede llevar a la nevera por unos 10 minutos.
