Ensalada de verdes, pollo al grill y aderezo de yogurt y sésamo

Ingredientes

  • Mezcla de verdes
  • 2 Pechugas de pollo
  • Ajo al gusto
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1 Puñado de nueces
  • 1 Rábano
  • 1 Taza de yogurt griego
  • 4 Cucharadas de tahini
  • 1 Limón (solo el zumo)
  • 4 Cucharadas de miel
  • 1 Pepino

Preparación

  1. Colocar en un bowl la mezcla de verdes y el pepino cortado en ruedas finas.
  2. Sazonar las pechugas con sal, pimienta y ajo.
  3. Cocerlas al grill hasta que queden jugosas, retirar y cortar en cuadritos.
  4. Para el aderezo, mezclar yogurt, tahini y aceite de sésamo con el limón hasta crear una crema suave.
  5. Cortar el rábano en ruedas muy finas para decorar sobre la lechuga.
  6. Por último, añadir las nueces y servir.
