Filete de cerdo sellado en hierbas sobre papas al romero

Ingredientes

  • 1 filete de cerdo (limpio)
  • 3 cucharadas de perejil liso picadito
  • 3 cucharadas de tomillo fresco
  • 3 cucharadas de romero fresco picadito
  • ½ taza de aceite de oliva
  • Mantequilla
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 3 papas grandes cortadas en láminas medio gruesas
  • 2 ramitas de romero fresco
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Para el filete, en un bol mezclamos el perejil, tomillo y romero, y agregamos el aceite de oliva.
  2. Aparte, salpimentamos el filete de cerdo por ambos lados y lo cubrimos bien con la mezcla de hierbas.
  3. En una sartén, colocamos un poco de mantequilla y llevamos al fuego.
  4. Dejamos que derrita la mantequilla sin dejar quemar y colocamos el filete.
  5. Sellamos bien por todos lados.
  6. Llevamos al horno cubierto con papel de aluminio por unos 10-12 minutos (según su gusto de cocción).
  7. Lo podemos llevar al horno en la misma sartén o en un molde.
  8. Retiramos del horno, dejamos reposar y rebanamos.
  9. Para las papas, las lavamos bien y cortamos en láminas medio gruesas.
  10. Llevamos a cocinar por unos 5-7 minutos en una olla con agua hirviendo con un poco de sal.
  11. Retiramos y reservamos.
  12. En una sartén, agregamos el aceite de oliva, las ramitas de romero y un poco de pimienta recién molida.
  13. Dejamos calentar, luego agregamos las papas y salteamos.
  14. Colocamos las papas en un plato y luego colocamos el cerdo por arriba.
