Filetitos de cerdo con mermelada de naranja

Ingredientes

  • 2 filetes de cerdo
  • ¼ Taza de salsa de soya
  • ¼ Taza de aceite de sésamo
  • ¼ Taza de vinagre de arroz
  • ¼ Taza de mermelada de naranja
  • 3 cucharadas de cilantro picadito
  • 3 Cucharadas de semillitas de sésamo
  • ½ Taza de dulce de naranja en gajos cristalizados

Preparación

  1. La idea es prepara un aderezo para marinar la carne.
  2. Mezclar todos los ingredientes líquidos y diluir la mermelada de naranja.
  3. Agregar el cilantro bien picadito, las semillitas de ajonjolí y los trozos de los gajos de la naranja cristalizados.
  4. Sumergir los filetes, y dejamos marinar por lo menos 30 minutos.
  5. El filete puede estar entero o ya previamente cortado en pedazos.
  6. Lo ideal es marinar de un día para otro cuando se trata de un filete entero o chuletas de cerdo.
  7. Si se prepara el filete entero: Pasar por la sartén y dorar por ambos lados por unos 5 minutos cada lado.
  8. Luego, llevar al horno en un molde.
  9. Tapar el molde y dejar cocer por 15 minutos, a una temperatura de 350º. F.
  10. Si el filete está troceado, sellar por ambos lados y llevar al horno por unos 7 minutos.
  11. Se puede usar el mismo aderezo con el que se marinó la carne para acompañarla.
  12. En este caso, mezclar los líquidos y llevar a reducir un poco.
  13. Agregar el cilantro y los trozos de la naranja cristalizados.
  14. Espolvorear las semillas de sésamo al momento de servir.
