Ingredientes

  • 2 Barras de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
  • 1 Lata de leche condensada
  • ½ Taza de azúcar granulada
  • 1 Yema y dos claras de huevo
  • 3 Tazas de harina
  • 2 Tazas de nueces
  • 1 Taza de mermelada de fresa

Preparación

  1. Cremar bien la mantequilla, adicionar la leche condensada y batir.
  2. Agregar el azúcar granulada y la yema de huevo, y seguir batiendo a velocidad media.
  3. Luego, agregar la harina y batir hasta lograr mezclarlo todo.
  4. Retirar, recoger la mezcla, envolver en papel film y llevar a la nevera a reposar por espacio de una hora.
  5. Formar bolitas con la masa ya reposada.
  6. Ir pasando una a una las bolitas por las claras previamente batidas y luego por las nueces, y hacerles un hueco con un dedo para rellenarlas con la mermelada.
  7. Ir colocando las bolitas con el hueco hacia arriba en una bandeja forrada de papel para hornear.
  8. Llevar al horno precalentado a 350ºF por 20 minutos, aproximadamente.
