Ingredientes

  • 2 guineos maduros y grandes o 3 pequeños
  • 1 taza de avena
  • 1 taza de granilla de cacao
  • Nueces, pasas, almendras o chips de chocolate (opcional)

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 350ºF.
  2. Pelar los guineos y machacar en una fuente.
  3. Cuando estén bien majados incorporar la taza de avena y mezclar hasta que ambos ingredientes estén bien unidos.
  4. Si gusta, puede agregar nueces, pasas, almendras o chips de chocolate. Solo agregar una cucharada o un pequeño puñado, no debe exceder la cantidad. Esos ingredientes serán para aumentar su gran sabor y hacerlas aún más atractivas.
  5. En una bandeja para horno enmantequillada o forrada con papel de hornear, ir colocando con cuidado una cucharada mediana de la mezcla, dejando espacios entre una y otra para que las galletas no se vayan a pegar.
  6. Llevar al horno por 15 a 20 minutos, con fuego equilibrado arriba y abajo. Estar atentos a la cocción.
  7. Esperar a que se enfríen, ¡y disfrutar!.
