Ingredientes

  • 1 Barra de mantequilla, sin sal
  • 1 ½ Taza de cebolla blanca picadita
  • ¼ De taza de harina de trigo
  • 1 Cucharadita de sal
  • ½ Cucharadita de pimienta
  • 2 Tazas de caldo de pavo horneado o caldo de pollo
  • 2 Cucharadas de crema de leche

Preparación

  1. En una ollita cocinar las cebollas a fuego bajo con la mantequilla. Es muy importante cocinarlas a fuego bajo y dejarlas al fuego por unos 7 minutos, hasta que estén transparentes y hasta extraer su jugo natural.
  2. Luego agregar el harina y mezclar bien, incorporar la sal y la pimienta y dejar cocinar por unos 2 minutos.
  3. Agregar el caldo de pavo o de pollo y dejar que espese.
  4. Luego retirar del fuego y agregar la crema de leche, mezclar bien.
  5. Servir caliente junto con el pavo.
  6. NOTA: también se puede usar una cucharada de coñac o vino blanco. De usarse se agrega al final antes de la crema de leche.
