Hamburguesa de pollo con ensalada de mango y aguacate

Ingredientes

  • 1½ libras de pechuga de pollo molida
  • ¼ taza de pan molido
  • ½ cebolla blanca picadita bien chiquita
  • 1 manzana tipo gala pelada y rallada
  • 1 limón
  • 2 cucharadas de perejil liso picadito
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Para la Ensalada de mango y aguacate:
  • 1 mango cortado en cubos pequeños
  • 1 aguacate
  • ½ pimiento rojo picado en cubitos
  • Zumo de ½ limón
  • ¼ taza de hojas de cilantro

Preparación

  1. En un recipiente mezcle la masa de pollo, el pan molido, la cebolla rallada y la manzana.
  2. Agregue el zumo de limón, el perejil y un toque de sal y pimienta. Mezcle bien de modo que quede bien unido.
  3. Una vez lista la mezcla, divida en 4 porciones y forme las hamburguesas.
  4. Barnice por ambos lados con un poco de aceite de oliva y lleve a cocinar en una sartén o plancha caliente por unos 5 minutos de cada lado, sin dejarlas quemar.
  5. Para la ensalada, corte el mango y mezcle con el pimiento picadito, agregue el zumo de medio limón y un toque de pimienta.
  6. Mezcle bien, luego incorpore las hojas de cilantro y vuelva a mezclar.
  7. Por último, agregue por arriba el aguacate picadito y sirva sobre cada hamburguesa.
