Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 libras de salmón fresco
  • 1 taza de salmón ahumado
  • 2 dientes de ajo picaditos
  • 1 huevo batido
  • Eneldo al gusto
  • Sal
  • Pimienta negra
  • 2 cucharaditas de salsa de soja
  • 2 cucharaditas de mostaza
  • 1/2 taza de pan rallado

Preparación

  1. Picar el salmón fresco a mano en cuadritos pequeños y el ahumado como si fuera para un tartar.
  2. Poner el pescado picado en un bol con el resto de los ingredientes.
  3. Añadir el ajo picado, el huevo batido, el eneldo picadito, la sal, la pimienta, la salsa de soja, mostaza y el pan rallado.
  4. Mezclar todo con las manos o una espátula hasta que quede una masa homogénea, bien integrada y compacta.
  5. Formar 6 bolas para las hamburguesas y darles forma.
  6. Cuando se vayan a consumir, calentar una sartén con un chorrito de aceite y cocinarlas por unos 3 minutos de cada lado.
  7. Tips: Si se van a guardar para luego, colocarles papel encerado entre una y otra y llevarlas al congelador en una bolsa plástica apta para congelador.
