2 Tazas de hongos frescos laminados o 2 latas grandes de hongos laminados y/o enteros
1 Lata de tomates
1 Taza de queso provolone o mozzarella rallado
5 Hojas de albahaca fresca (cortaditas finamente)
¼ De taza de aceite de oliva
2 Dientes de ajo laminados
1 Cucharadita de orégano seco
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Preparación
En una sartén agregar el aceite de oliva, los dientes de ajo y el orégano. Dejar cocinar por un par de minutos.
Triturar los tomates con las manos e incorporar a la sartén.
Salpimentar al gusto. Cocinar por un minuto y agreguar los hongos, si se utilizan hongos frescos, dejar cocinar por unos 2 minutos y luego agregar las hojas de albahaca. Si se usan los hongos de lata agregar las hojas de albahaca al mismo tiempo que los hongos.
Mezclar todo bien y por último agregar el queso rallado y dejar derretir.
Servir sobre rodajas de pan tostado.
Al momento de servir decorar con unas hojitas de albahaca fresca.
