Ingredientes

  • 12 Hongos tipo champiñones
  • 1 Taza de queso ricotta
  • ½ Taza de queso mozzarella rallado
  • ¼ Taza de queso crema (cream cheese)
  • ¼ Taza de puerro picaditom
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Queso parmesano rallado al gusto
  • 1 Cucharada de aceite de oliva para suavizar los quesos (opcional)
  • Tocineta tostada en trocitos (opcional)

Preparación

  1. Antes de mezclar los quesos, suavizar el ricotta con el cream cheese, y luego agregar el mozzarella (si se desea, puede agregarse una cucharada de aceite de oliva a los quesos para suavizarlos mejor).
  2. Salpimentar al gusto y agregar el puerro picadito. Si se va a usar tocineta, se agrega en este momento.
  3. Limpiar los hongos, colocarlos en una bandeja para horno, salpimentar al gusto y rociar con un poco de aceite de oliva.
  4. Tomar cada hongo individual y rellenar el hueco con la mezcla de quesos. Volver a colocarlos en la bandeja y rallarles queso parmesano por arriba.
  5. Llevar al horno por unos 10 a 15 minutos a una temperatura de 375ºF. Los podemos servir calientes o a temperatura ambiente.
  6. Al momento de servir, podemos darle un toque con una reducción balsámica y agregarles tomatitos picados por arriba.
