Montadito de morcilla con chutney de mango

Ingredientes

  • Para el montadito de morcilla: 8 ruedas de pan francés
  • 8 ruedas de morcilla
  • Para el chutney de mango:
  • 2 mangos
  • 1 diente de ajo
  • ½ cebolla picadita en brunoise
  • ½ taza de azúcar
  • 1 cucharadita de sal
  • 1 pimiento en brunoise
  • ½ taza de agua
  • 1/3 de taza de vinagre
  • 1 cucharadita de jengibre

Preparación

  1. Para el chutney, picar el mango en cuadritos pequeños.
  2. Picar finamente el resto de las verduras, la cebolla, el ajo, el pimiento y también el jengibre.
  3. Colocar en una olla el mango picado y todos los ingredientes que hemos picado.
  4. Añadir azúcar, sal, agua y vinagre.
  5. Colocar sobre el fuego y cocinar hasta que comience al caramelizarse y forme una mermelada espesa con todos los ingredientes.
  6. Rectificar el sazón, si hace falta añadir un poco más de azúcar o sal. Para montar, colocar las ruedas de pan francés en un plato, colocarles encima las ruedas de morcilla y colocar arriba de la morcilla chutney de mango.
  7. Tips:El chutney es una receta tipica de la India y por lo tanto es una preparación llena de sabor, muy arómatica e intensa.
