Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de harina
  • 1 cucharada de azúcar blanca
  • 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
  • 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de soda
  • ¾ taza de leche entera
  • 1 huevo
  • 3 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
  • Pizca de sal
  • 3 manzanas enteras descorazonadas
  • Canela en polvo al gusto
  • Nueces picadas

Preparación

  1. En un recipiente mezcle la harina, azúcar, polvo de hornear, bicarbonato de soda y sal.
  2. Aparte, mezcle la leche con el huevo y luego incorpore bien la mantequilla.
  3. Agregue la mezcla de la harina y mezcle todo hasta obtener una mezcla líquida.
  4. En una sartén con un poco de aceite o mantequilla, vierta ¼ taza de la mezcla lista para los pancakes (da para 6 pancakes).
  5. Reserve.
  6. Corte las manzanas en rodajas y cocine en una sartén con un poco de mantequilla.
  7. Déjelas cocer unos 30 segundos de cada lado.
  8. Retire y espolvoree un poco de canela en polvo.
  9. Reserve.
  10. Para armar los montaditos, corte los pancakes del mismo tamaño que las rodajas de manzana y monte intercalando.
  11. Al final, agregue miel por encima y, si lo desea, un poco de nueces picadas o molidas.
