Mousse de Chocolate

Ingredientes

  • 1 ½ Taza de chocolate amargo (150 gramos aproximadamente)
  • 9 Cucharadas de azúcar
  • 2 ½ Barras de mantequilla (2 tazas de mantequilla)
  • 4 Huevos

Preparación

  1. Separar las claras de las yemas.  
  2. Calentar ligeramente la mantequilla para que se ablande un poco. Es importante calentarla solo un poco porque si se calienta demasiado se derretiría y tardaríamos más tiempo en preparar la mouse. Añadir el azúcar y batir hasta obtener una textura espumosa.
  3. En una ollita aparte agregar el chocolate con una cucharada de agua y cocer lentamente a baño maría removiéndolo para que no se queme.  
  4. Cuando el chocolate esté completamente derretido, y sin dejar de remover, agregar poco a poco la mezcla anterior de mantequilla y azúcar.
  5. Ir agregando, una a una, las yemas  mientras se va removiendo para que todos los ingredientes queden bien ligados y finalmente retirar del fuego.  
  6. Mientras se enfría la mezcla, batir las claras a punto de nieve hasta que queden bien consistentes e ir agregando poco a poco, con ayuda de una espátula, a la mezcla de chocolate.  
  7. Remover todo con mucha suavidad intentando no aplastar las claras ya que serán las que darán la textura de la mouse.  
  8. Untar un molde con mantequilla, verter la mezcla en su interior y colocar en la nevera durante unas horas hasta que esté completamente frío.  
  9. Se puede servir solo o acompañado de nata montada o lo que se desee.
