Ingredientes

  • 2 Tazas de harina
  • 2 Cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
  • 1/2 Cucharadita bicarbonato de sodio
  • 1/2 Cucharadita de sal
  • 3/4 De taza de queso feta picado
  • 1/2 taza de pimientos rostizados picados
  • 4 Cucharadas de albahaca fresca picada
  • 1/2 Taza de leche evaporada Carnation® de Ajo y Cebolla
  • 1/2 Taza de leche
  • 1/4 De taza de aceite de oliva
  • 1 Huevo

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 375 F.
  2. Cernir de manera conjunta la harina Blanquita, el polvo de hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal.
  3. Aparte, mezclar el queso feta, los pimientos y la albahaca.
  4. En otro bowl mezclar a mano la leche evaporada Carnation® de Ajo y Cebolla, la taza de leche, el aceite de oliva y el huevo.
  5. Agregar a la mezcla líquida los ingredientes secos.
  6. Agregar con movimientos envolventes la mezcla de feta, pimientos y albahaca.
  7. Distribuir en molde de muffin o cupcakes y llevar al horno por 18-20 minutos o hasta dorar.
