Ingredientes

  • 227 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 3 cucharadas de estragón picado
  • 2 cucharadas de salsa picante
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta molida
  • 3 docenas de ostras medianas y grandes

Preparación

  1. Precalentar la parrilla.
  2. En un triturador de alimentos, mezclar la mantequilla con el estragón, la salsa picante, la sal y la pimienta.
  3. En una hoja de papel de plástico, colocar pequeñas y delgadas porciones de la mezcla de mantequilla elaborada anteriormente; refrigerar durante 15 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que esté ligeramente firme.
  4. Colocar las ostras (el lado plano hacia arriba) en la parrilla y cocinar durante unos 5 minutos.
  5. Con la ayuda de unas pinzas, colocar las otras en un plato, aflojar las conchas, extraer la parte superior y colocar un poco de la mezcla de mantequilla elaborada en el primer paso.
  6. Transferir las otras nuevamente a la parrilla y cocinar hasta que la mantequilla se derrita, si es necesario se coloca un poco más de la mezcla.
  7. Servir de inmediato.
