Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de leche
  • 2 tazas de harina
  • 1 cucharadita de royal
  • 3 cucharadas de azúcar
  • 1 huevo
  • 1 pizca de sal
  • Miel al gusto
  • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
  • 1/2 cucharadita de nuez moscada
  • 1 cucharadita de canela molida

Preparación

  1. Separamos la clara de la yema y batimos la clara a punto de nieve; luego agregamos el azúcar y seguimos batiendo bien, separamos.
  2. En un bowl, ponemos harina, sal, royal y la yema de huevo, y vamos agregando la leche poco a poco sin dejar de batir; debe quedar una masa fina y sin grumos.
  3. Luego agregamos la clara y mezclamos con movimientos envolventes, y añadimos la nuez moscada y la canela.
  4. Calentamos una sartén a fuego medio y engrasamos con mantequilla.
  5. Con la ayuda de una cuchara vamos vertiendo la mezcla en la sartén y esparcimos para que queden lo más uniformes posible.
  6. Cocemos de un lado hasta dorar y luego del otro.
  7. Seguimos haciendo lo mismo hasta completar toda la mezcla
  8. Luego servimos con miel y mantequilla.
