Pasta al Dente con Zucchini y Camarones

Ingredientes

  • 1 Paquete de pasta corta
  • 2 Zucchinis (laminados en media luna)
  • 2 Tazas de camarones frescos
  • 5 Dientes de ajo
  • 1/3 De taza de aceite de oliva
  • 1/2 Barra de mantequilla sin sal
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Queso parmesano (opcional)

Preparación

  1. Cocinar la pasta al dente (si se desea se puede colocar un diente de ajo para hervir la pasta).
  2. En una sartén agregar la mitad del aceite de oliva y los ajos laminados. Llevar al fuego y dejar que los ajos estén tiernos. Agregar los camarones, saltearlos bien, agregar los zucchinis, dar un toque de sal y pimienta, agregar la mitad de la mantequilla y cocinar.
  3. Lo ideal es que queden jugosos. Se puede tapar la sartén para que no se evaporen mucho los líquidos.
  4. Teniendo la pasta ya lista, colar pero dejar un fondito de agua.
  5. Agregar el resto del aceite y la mantequilla moviendo suavemente.
  6. Agregar los zucchinis y camarones, volver a mezclar. Comprobar sal y pimienta y servir de inmediato.
  7. Si se usa queso, agregar un poco luego de agregar los zucchinis y camarones y un poco más al momento de servir.
