Ingredientes

  • 12 Mazorcas tiernas de maíz o 6 latas de maíz en grano
  • 1 Pollo entero (en piezas) o 6 piezas de muslo
  • 3 Cebollas blancas
  • 3 Cucharadas de azúcar o más al gusto
  • 1 Barra de mantequilla
  • 4 Tazas de leche
  • 4 Huevos hervidos opcional
  • 5 Hojas de albahaca
  • 1 ½ Cucharadita de sal
  • Pimienta al gusto
  • Aceitunas negras con hueso opcional

Preparación

  1. Picar las cebollas en juliana y en una olla ponerlas a dorar en la ½ barra de mantequilla, dejar que se cocinen bien, retirar y en esa misma olla poner a dorar el pollo en piezas y sin piel, solo con sal y pimienta, dejar que dore de ambos lados. Luego le agregar al pollo las cebollas, un poco de agua y dejar cocinar hasta que esté bien tierno.
  2. Se desgrana el choclo (maíz) y se muele (también se puede rallar directamente de la mazorca) (si usa maíz de lata solo licuar). En una olla, con el resto de la mantequilla, poner a cocinar el choclo (maíz) e ir agregando la leche, poco a poco hasta obtener una preparación cremosa. Añadir la sal, el azúcar y por último la albahaca picada.
  3. En un recipiente , colocar las piezas de pollo, las aceitunas y los huevos duros (cortados en media luna o por mitad).
  4. Cubrir con la pasta de choclo (maíz) espolvorear con azúcar y hornear hasta que toda la superficie esté bien dorada.
