Ingredientes

  • 1 pato de 2 libras limpio y sin grasa
  • 3 naranjas
  • 8 cebollas
  • 2 cucharadas de miel
  • 4 cucharadas salsa de soya
  • 1 cerveza negra
  • Pimienta negra recién molida

Preparación

  1. Pelar las cebollas y licuar con la salsa de soya, mezclar este licuado con miel, cerveza negra, pimienta y la ralladura de una naranja; reservar.
  2. Cortamos otra naranja a la mitad y la colocamos dentro del pato; reservamos la otra naranja.
  3. Colocamos el pato en un recipiente con la mezcla de los ingredientes y dejamos macerar de un día para otro.
  4. Precalentar el horno a 200ºC.
  5. Cortar la naranja restante en rodajas y colocar en la bandeja.
  6. Al momento de asar, colocar el pato en la bandeja y pincharlo para que desprenda grasas.
  7. Verter el jugo de la marinada sobre el pato y cocer por 20 minutos a 200ºC.
  8. Bañamos con los líquidos, y dejamos cocer completamente.
