Penne en Salsa Cremosa de Vino Blanco y Porcini

Ingredientes

  • 2 Cucharadas de mantequil
  • 2 Cucharadas de harina
  • ½ Taza de vino blanco
  • 1 Taza de consomé de pollo
  • 3-4 Cucharadas de crema de leche
  • ½ Taza de queso parmesano
  • ½ Taza de hongos porcini
  • Pasta tipo Penn

Preparación

  1. Hidratar los hongos porcini en el consomé de pollo. Poner el consomé en una ollita, agregar los hongos y dejar hervir. Cuando hierva, apagar el fuego y dejar reposar por lo menos unos 30 minutos.  
  2. En una ollita agregar la mantequilla y la harina, cocinar por un par de minutos, agregar el vino, dejar evaporar y luego agregar el consomé de pollo, la crema de leche y por último el queso parmesano.  
  3. Importante es siempre mover, mejor si es con un batidor de mano.  
  4. Dejar hervir y retirar del fuego.  
  5. Cocinar los penne al dente, colar y agregar la salsa. Importante siempre dejar un poco del agua de cocción a la pasta.
