Ingredientes

  • 3 ruedas de pan 100% integral suave
  • 3 lonjas gruesas de jamón de pechuga de pavo o bajo en grasa y sal
  • 3 lonjas gruesas de queso gouda light
  • 3 palitos (grissinis) finos

Preparación

  1. Utilizar un cortador redondo de una pulgada de diámetro, aproximadamente, para cortar cuatro círculos en cada rodaja de pan, de jamón y de queso.
  2. Insertar las dos primeras rueditas de pan en el centro del grissini, separadas una pulgada aproximadamente.
  3. Continuar con dos rueditas de jamón a cada lado del pan, luego el queso y terminar con dos rueditas de pan a cada lado. Tip: Se puede utilizar la boca de un vasito de shots para cortar los círculos a falta de un cortador redondo.
