Ingredientes

  • 1 Masa para pizza o un pan pita grande
  • 1 Pera semimadura
  • 8 onzas de queso brie o camembert
  • ¼ Taza de nueces troceadas
  • 1 Taza de hojas de rúcula
  • 2 Cucharadas de miel o syrup de maple o agave
  • 2-3 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • Pimienta recién molida al gusto
  • Aceite de trufas (opcional)

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 425ºF.
  2. Si usa masa para pizza, tener la masa precocida; si usa pan pita, usar al natural.
  3. Cortar el queso en cuñas y laminar la pera.
  4. Colocar sobre la masa las cuñas de queso y sobre el queso las láminas de pera; rociar un poco de aceite de oliva y pimienta recién molida.
  5. Llevar al horno por unos 7 minutos, hasta que el queso derrita.
  6. Retirar del horno y agregar por arriba las nueces previamente troceadas y tostadas, y agregar la miel en hilos.
  7. Agregar a las hojas de rúcula un poco de aceite de oliva y colocarlas sobre la pizza. Por último, dar un toque de pimienta.
  8. Al momento de servir se pueden agregar unas gotitas de aceite de trufas.
    TIP: Esta receta también puede hacerse sobre trozos de pan francés, como bruschettas.
